The parts that need to be replaced are used, the other parts are new. You should consult an install professional before purchase for an install quote. I will not accept returns for these, being sold as-is.
When the installer had a defective part from another install he would open a box and take out a replacement part and put the defective part in the box. They used this box to get parts so they did not have to wait for a new part to arrive.
