Good condition. This was taken out of the truck when new. They cut two tabs out, see the last two pictures towards the bottom. I'm not sure how this will affect the installation. Make sure this is correct for your truck before you purchase and the missing tabs will not be an issue. Do not rely on eBay's compatibility chart.
